It’s becoming a challenge to keep pace with the daily onslaught of injustices under this regime. The US Government, as we once knew it, has been hijacked by 47 and the elite. ‘We the people’ have been relegated to the sidelines. Our needs and voices are disregarded, which is an affront to the very foundations of our nation.
I won’t list the staggering number of ‘decrees’ from that office. The sheer volume is overwhelming, and I’m certain most are familiar with a lot of them. With each executive order, he chips away at the authority Congress should have. This is the alarming reality - the overreaching without any intervention, without any pushback. He has already fired or reassigned most of those who would have raised objections - the attorney generals. They would have informed him that he was working against the law and kept tabs on what he was doing. Now, there are only his lackeys in the Justice Department. The judges are left to try to stop him through all of the lawsuits brought against him. And we've seen how he respects judicial orders.
There are no laws or regulations in the the definition of the presidency to curb his actions. No one could have foreseen such audacity. When the presidency was created, everyone trusted the ‘invisible hand’ that once governed the stock market. That the moral compass and common decency shared by everyone would keep things fair. And they believed it would work the same in politics. They believed the president's decency and moral values would prevent him from overstepping his boundaries. From taking advantage of his post and using the power of the presidency for personal gain.
Unfortunately, the person currently in the position of president is devoid of decency or moral values. He is completely blind to the ‘invisible hand.’ It’s not that he ignores ethical and empathetic values – he doesn’t see them. He can’t (or doesn't) acknowledge the damage his actions have on human beings. This is illustrated by his inability to take responsibility for his actions. He has never acknowledged a misstep. Instead he backtracks and uses twisted language to explain why the other person is wrong, not him.
47 has no compassion. The emotion of empathy doesn’t exist in him (either by temperament or choice). He’s incapable of meeting the needs of the people he’s supposed to care for because he doesn't care.
I’ve reached this conclusion after reading copious amounts of articles from different sources. I'm wanted to understand the real impact of his actions on the US and the rest of the world. From my perspective, I predict there will NOT be an ‘election’ in 2028. 47 will create a decree that gives him the power to run for another term. And his flunkies will support it. Even if the other guy/gal wins, (which is doubtful since he's working hard to cut out millions of voters from poorer areas with unreasonable demands) he won’t concede. He’s already laid the groundwork for doubt. It won’t take much for his followers to escalate the message into a frenzy.
No, at this point, the only way to get 47 out of the White House is in handcuffs.
